Photography Blog

Welcome to my photography blog. Here is a place where I share personal stories and memories about the making of the pictures. The back stories. The bad weather, accidents. Misfortunes, good fortunes and the rays of luck that come when you are committed to your project.

All the work on this website are my personal projects

To consistently bag worthy images you have to be willing to spend time waiting for the light to feel just right. You cannot hurry a fine art photographer. He is an artist and needs time to get into the zone and become immersed in the now. I work at night mainly and wrap up and insulate my body in ski trousars and down jackets. When I need all the time in the world to follow through on a project. It means hardship, going hungry.

Untitled (Eternal Sperm) by Kenny Martin, Scotland 2009.
