Refunds, Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations
In over 30 years of selling my artwork I am delighted to share that I have never had a single piece returned.

Damages and Issues

We kindly request you inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If work has arrived damaged please take and email photographs to info@kennymartin.fr within 24 hours of delivery showing the damage. If you can also take photographs showing the packaging this will speed up us helping to sort out the problem. Be rest assured we will take care of any items needing replacement without any further cost to you. 

Do you have a return policy?
Kenny Martin Art Limited Editions, Open Editions are produced to order and therefore custom-made. As such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. 

Can I exchange my artwork for a different photograph?
Each Kenny Martin Art Edition is custom produced to order. As such, we are unable to change artwork once your order is placed. 

Can I cancel my Limited Edition, Open Edition artwork?
All artworks are custom orders. Production of the purchased artwork(s) begins immediately after purchase, and shipment will occur as soon as possible after production is complete. As a result, the work(s) cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded at any time. Due to our shipping and production timeline, produced & shipped work(s) are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Your satisfaction is very important and if there are any issues be rest assured we shall work with you to resolve them to your satisfaction.
